A properly lined field with two coats of paint requires about a case of paint (12 cans) to line an entire field. Your field may already have boundary lines leftover from soccer or perhaps the boys lacrosse team has already painted their lines down - great! Less work and paint for you! You can use the same sidelines and end lines as a soccer or a boys lacrosse field. Make sure you use a different color paint for interior lines from soccer, boys lacrosse and flag football. Lines should be between 3"- 4" thick. Avoid using yellow as it is the most difficult to see on grass.
****Add 2 dots 5 yards below the Goal Line Extended. Measure from the 8m mark on the GLE and move toward the end line. Repeat this from the opposite side 8m mark on the GLE.
